I used the Kingston branch for lettings and dealt with the letting manager Barry, who was pushy and hid the true costs, he gave us a total price and when we signed up he informed us there were extra costs.

I'm selling through Gpees Whitton Branch and can't believe the poor service! It's just disgusting, like you say expensive and amazingly poor service, would never recommend to friends/family or anyone come to that! ...
