With regards to your comments, I know personally the people that rented your property and that wasn't the situation. Gascoigne and pees did not under value your property, if anything your tenants paid more than they should have. You rented your property under the impression everything would be fine. Your tenants had no use of the garden as the continuous flooding which you never ever fixed and the problem had been there over ten years.
