I was very disappointed to read your comments and can only apologise if our levels of customer service fell short and did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
Without more information it is very difficult to comment on your specific complaint. Myself and my colleagues have gone through every sale we have agreed this year and have not come across any instances of “Gazumpingâ€.
