Whilst renting a lovely little cottage from the Stirling office, we were unfortunate to have to deal with Gregor Smyth in the first instance and also Shirley Kenyon(Lettings manager) who constantly passed the buck regarding multiple issues at the property which was costing £950 pcm(so not pennies). The heating didn't work for months, we had electrical issues and a tree fell down which covered the garden which took more negotiating to get someone to move it. About as useful as a pair of jelly pickaxes
