This office is a disgrace to the estate agent sector. They valued the property high to get the business. They then turnaround when in contract and tell you the property isn't worth the value they state and advertise it at a different price. 30k less.

Avoid at all cost! Full of false promises and insincere apologies. Their particulars are poorly written, the spelling and grammar mistakes are inexcusable. We cancelled our agreement with them and found a much more professional agent to sell our property....
