Your comments have been some what blown out of proportion. We as a company do not control the deposit it is protected by a government approved scheme and therefore must be held until both landlord and tenant agree upon it's release. There is normally a very good reason why the deposit is held and i don't feel your comments are fair or accurate. ...

Your comments couldn't be further from the truth. As a company we must have both landlord and tenant in agreement before a deposit can be processed. Property management were doing their jobs albeit not to your liking. An important note is that all monies are held in my deposits, this is the law! ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have kept more on top of the problem - it appeared to go for several days at the beginning before I allerted them to the problem. Then keeping me informed of progress more.
