They are absolutely horrible landlords. I rented one of their flats and would like to renew the contract with them. I told them in two months before the contract expired and sent all the required documents 30 before the contract expired but they did nothing about ...

Terrible company , they bleed you dry. They must have policies and procedures which they never follow and any repairs to the actual land around the buildings you are never consulted and the cost to the tenants are massively over inflated....

This terrible company fails at every point to manage their buildings; they overcharge for minimal "improvements" to the building, often try to charge residents for improvements on their own privately-owned flats by disguising them in the service charges, neglect ALL issues of health ...

They don't even do the minimum of maintenance, bill for work that isn't done, they don't go for the lowest bidder for contracted work (you can imagine why) The properties are now classed as dilapidated so the only people who will buy them are ... Freshwater ...

Freshwaters is absolutely the worst managing agency - they are lazy, overcharge and ignore requests for building manintence tasks to be done. We looked into removing them as managing agents, but they own slightly over 60% of the flats in our building, so the only way ...

Originally managed (managed in name only) by Freshwater and subsequently two of their subsidiaries. Decades of disrepair, decades of non-accountability. Unexplained massive services charges followed by further charges for the same year. Lifts not functioning properly, building leaks, list far too long - just total ...

We are currently going through the same nightmare of trying to extend our lease with Freshwater. If you really must go down this path make sure you use a solicitor who is a specialist in Lease Law and that is fully aware of Freshwater's reputation. They are the absolute pits to deal with. Beware of very over rated valuations from their surveyors, non-communication and downright obstruction! ...

totally alter their customer service and adopt a more professional, transparent and more ethical approach when dealing with leaseholders who effectively are the one\'s stumping up considerable fees to freshwater. Also take a pro-active approach to maintaining buildings rather than having to be asked to do something by residents who then have to endure lengthy delays to see if anything is done.....they are positively mickey mouse

Freshwater? More like Pond Scum. I had dealings with these money-grabbers as a leaseholder of an apartment in North London. Their objective seems to be to squeeze the maximum amount of money from their tenants for the least amount of effort. Most of the time ...

Absolutely agree with all the comments on here... but don't know how to do anything/who to speak to about what rights we have. We really don't want to manage the property ourselves, just have a basic level of ok service for a fair price. ...
