Franklyn James are aware as an agent of the individual property and tenancy to which this comment relates to. The tenants were fully aware of the terms of the tenancy based on their individual status as students and signed terms of offer and associated documentation in respect of the rental payment terms prior to the tenancy commencing. The property remains in poor condition with outstanding rent still owed. ...
