I would recommend to look for another agency . They loosing your key or giving you the wrong key out from different properties . They are good in catching you with high valuation but in the end it’s only their trick ....

So I might need your experience on my matter. As I have been bullied and pressured into signing a contract which led me to pay £2000 because our agent said another party was looking and ready to sign the property and pay. Once I've put in the money, I couldn't transfer more and so we didn't proceed the contract. And now, we want out but our agent is refusing to hand us our £2000 back. Is this right?
