Foxtons' service is absolutely awful. They pressure you to send the deposit and Foxtons' fees but then they totally don't care about their customers! Agents can't efficiently and quickly troubleshoot issues and it takes weeks to solve issues. They are terrible at keeping you updated ...

Do not use Foxtons Shoreditch at all. I called up inquiring about a property for sale and was promised I will get a call back, as suspected no call back. I called and was put through to Gavie, what a joke. He was telling me an offer as been accepted but he may do viewings, was pressuring me to look at it earlier and trying to sell me other properties. Appalling service. Why would anyone want to sell a property through them? Stay clear Buyers & Sellers ...

It's down to the landlord to inform you when selling the property, occasionally landlords ask agents not to let tenants know they are selling (since they may want to test the water before first). Also in terms of the check in, sadly you should have been informed of the check in but if it makes you feel better it not necessary for you to be present in order to question it. A copy of the inventory should be sent to you, once received you usually have two weeks to check it and notify any changes ...

I fully recognise this. Not only for this lady, who was my agent for some time too, but most and for all for the res of the company too. Terrible attitude. horrible people. I have now moved out and will never ever do any business with Foxtons. Nor can I recommend anyone to do so. They now even managed to rent out my flat before I moved out (end all still within my legal lease term) and behaved like morns to make me move earlier. Because the new tenant had to move in the next day. I wonder where ...
