Totally agree with comment earlier. You could definitely need to improve your estate agents attitude towards customers (especially your colleague Hassan Nasser). Perhaps trying to act like you care and are willing to help. Needs more experience staff!...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Could improve by the estate agent having a completely different attitude, maybe trying to at least act like you care could help. Also making sure the flat is ready to live in, call me fussy, but I\'m sure a large majority of people wouldn\'t sleep in a room covered in someone else\'s hair and stains.
