This was not the experience we expected. When we first started looking properties, we thought going with an experienced agency would help the transition be easier - how wrong we were. From the moment we agreed to the lease, we were bombarded by Stephanie to make the deposit payment immediately and sign the contracts, even though it was a week day and less than 24 hours after we accepted. We were all at work and felt extremely frustrated and almost felt we were being harassed. Then, we were promised certain things would happen in the flat before we moved in, so as expected, we were very disappointed to find they were not done. The move in day was stressful with having an email clearly stating to collect the keys from the office, but once we arrived we were told they were meeting us at the property - a waste of time. We were not given the inventory when we first moved in, so when we started to find things wrong at the flat, we felt we were being deemed annoying tenants because we were raising issues. These issues were starting to be resolved, but now we feel we are being ignored - even though some things that we were told would be done before we moved in STILL haven't been done. We are going on nearly two months now since we moved in and we feel down after down by Foxtons. If you are looking an experienced estate agency, do not come here - they will make the experience even more stressful than it needs to be!

They get 2 stars because before the move they were helpful and accommodating, otherwise it would have been 1 star, as the flat was managed by the landlord and the inventory and viewings were literally the only things they had to do

Worst experience possible with Foxtons. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nothing but rude staff mainly the property management team who constantly make mistakes and then cover them up. The agent could have returned my emails and phone calls. They could have been more transparent as to why I was charged fees that were ludicrous.

Felt very devalued as a tenant - my calls and emails were ignored. Very sad as my experience started out well with Foxtons and there are some amazing staff members there who are very efficient but unfortunately the property management team were a complete and utter disappointment and ruined the overall experience.

I was extremely impressed with the service that I received in selling my flat with Foxtons for the following reasons.
On introduction to the service, the manager was professional and provided all the information that I needed without any unrealistic, unachievable price and no pushy sales pitch other than a reassurance and knowledge of the local sales trends.
When arranging viewings the representatives were well dressed, smart in appearance, very respectful and knowledgeable about my property and surrounding area. They would always text, or phone to arrange viewings ensuring I was always aware of the viewings and would give useful feedback. They were prompt and worked long hours to accommodate potential buyers availability.
On negotiating a price and sale, the entire team were knowledgeable of the status of my sale throughout and always had the accurate facts to hand as to the progression of the sale and when issues arose, were swift and direct in their response with good communication all round.
On nearing exchange the team responded to enquiries and supported all parties in bringing about a timely response and quite amazingly were always available to speak with me either on the phone or texted promptly enabling me to proceed without delay.
My overall experience of Foxtons in Woking was impeccable and remarkable in everyway. I would highly recommend these guys and girls to anyone wanting a very professional team of experienced agents to support them through what can be a very stressful situation.
They took the stress out of this move for me and for that I am very grateful.

Foxtons pursued us relentlessly and with interest to rent our flat for us, we received regular phone calls even before purchase and we were telephoned on completion day. Foxtons pursued us relentlessly and with interest to rent our flat for us, we received regular phone calls even before purchase and we were telephoned on completion day. Foxtons found us suitable tenants within 10 days and behaved professionally throughout the whole process. Pricey maybe but you get what you pay for and we would certainly use their service again. Our thanks go to Daniel Green for seeing through the whole process but also to Saijal who made us feel important even before we were customers and without his timely phone calls Foxtons would not have had our business.
