What agent could do to change your mind?
We have mixed feelings on the fees as they are obviously considerably higher than most other agents. However, Keri's hard work and commitment helped to justify paying the premium.

Natasha is without doubt the most friendliest and genuine estate agent that I have encountered. In showing us two properties close to our daughter's primary school, she was helpful and supportive; in addition her calm and bubbly nature made us feel very comfortable. Before hand I have been told by friends that Foxton had a reputation for being quite withdrawn from their prospective clients but in my first time dealing with them I found the experience pleasurable and great. Its quite a shame that we have found another property via another agency otherwise we were extremely happy in our dealings with her.

A big thank you to Shaun and his team, at both the Harrow and Pinner branches, for selling our property. We received outstanding service throughout the selling process from everyone involved.
We chose Foxtons because other local estate agents gave us much lower valuations, based solely on square footage or room numbers. We put a lot of time, money and effort in to the property and and we believed the house was worth more, as a result. The Foxtons team agreed and set out to find a family who would love and enjoy the property as much as we had.
The marketing was exceptional and generated lots of interest. Such was the passion of the sales team, we felt totally confident leaving our house in the hands of Amirah, Keri, Sophia and Sara.
Shaun in particular went above and beyond the call of duty by providing invaluable advice that ensured our onward purchase also went smoothly.

1. identifying a suitable buy to let property (as per my specification) in an extremley competetive market
2. keeping to all appointments for viewings

5. liaising with solicitors & the vendors when requested

In terms of value for money the fee was very high, although I have no complaints about the members of staff I dealt with who were helpful.
Would only recommend with a health warning over the high fees.
