We left to view 2 properties at North Greenwich. The agent called up and said landlady has cancelled her plan to let. Ok fine. This agency may be good when you are renting. However, when you are ending a contract they are a nightmare. I am 2 months pregnant and we are facing COVID 19. I've sent my notice and on the email, they send back it says that I am not allowed to be on the checkout appointment due to COVID. It means they will do the checkout without me or my husband to confirm BUT they are calling me and texting me and my husband 2 to 3 times a day to book views, picutes, videos, etc. It means I have to be opening my house for several different people after being at home WFH for 9 months. We've explained to 4 different people about all the situation. However, they pretend they don't know and the next day someone else calls to ask the same thing. I am booking the picture because I am tired of all the calls and texts they are sending. But in my point of view, they are not respecting my feelings, my health and they keep saying. Your landlord needs those pictures. I completely understand and I have already received one lady from the agency who came looked at the property and went. She could take pictures and do it all in one goal but they want to be coming to do everything separately.

Don't do any business with them! I've had a lot of issues during my 3 years contract with Foxtons, such as they've fixed my broken shower only two weeks later and what they want from you is only money. I've had a lot of issues during my 3 years contract with Foxtons, such as they've fixed my broken shower only two weeks later and what they want from you is only money. At the stage of check out I paid 240� for professional cleaning and they didn't even threw food from the fridge! And now Foxtons isn't giving me my deposit back because they want me to pay more money to clean the fridge!
After you pay them 6 mounts in advance for flat and they realise that you won't bring them any more money you'll feel very bad and you won't get any good service. Yes, in the beginning everything is perfect and they treated you as a king, but I definitely don't recommend them. Please stay away from Foxtons!

It is such a shame that the architects and the builders don't have the same desires for living space that most people require to have a home rather than somewhere to just live.

Very clear and highly professional management by the sales team, in particular Chris Venter. Having had an unsatisfactory experience with another agent in the area, I called without appointment at Foxtons Greenwich on a Saturday morning and met Divresh Bhanderi to discuss rental of my property. By Saturday evening the paperwork was done, Divresh had visited the property and we had had two viewings arranged and accompanied by Jordan Charles Jones. There was another viewing on Sunday. I was travelling Monday and Tuesday and was unable to have another viewing until Tuesday evening. Jordan arranged a further viewing on Wednesday lunchtime following which a rental was agreed at an excellent rate. The paperwork was completed easily online that afternoon. On Thursday morning Divresh called to advise that deposit and one months rent had been paid. This was impressive performance by any standards. Throughout Divresh and Jordan were very committed, professional and charming. All my calls were returned promptly and I could not have wished for better service . They both exceeded all my expectations.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul Halson who helped me find the perfect flat! I contacted Paul in July and advised of my situation (Which at the time was very stressful for me). I was unable to view any flats in person (as I was away with work) and gave Paul some very specific requirements as to what I was looking for. Paul kept in touch with me regularly and sent me through potential options. I put my trust in Paul and believed he would find the right place for me. When he did and I viewed it after putting down all the deposit I was blown away! His professionalism is second to known and his desire for customer satisfaction is extremely evident in the way he works. You have a highly valuable member of staff in Paul and I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a flat. For me this is an OUTSTANDING example of customer service!
