I couldn't recommend this company enough especially Rebecca who i dealt with mostly who i believe is new to this office and also Aaron. I had been looking for a property for quite some time and contacted pretty much every estate in the area and Fox & Sons were by far the best. Their response times were so fast and they constantly kept me up to date as to what was happening a completely different experience and service i was receiving from every other estate agents. Thank you so much for all you're help Rebecca.

If I could give no stars I would. Awful, incompetent staff. I rented with them for 1 year and will never rent with them again, have them manage a property of mine or sell a property through them or any part of Sequence Homes. We had issues that were reported, never followed up on and never fixed ... Read Full Review

Bad, everything about our experience with this agent has been bad.

I rented with them for 1 year and will never rent with them again, have them manage a property of mine or sell a property through them or any part of Sequence Homes. We had issues that were reported, never followed up on and never fixed through out the tenancy, the periodic inspections were not conducted and when I asked to view the report they were sending to my landlord it included confirmation that the fire alarms had been seen to be working when in fact no one had been to the property and no one had tested them because the system was hard wired and no one knew how to test it. 1 month after the end of the tenancy I am still trying to get return of overpaid rent and still no sign of my deposit even though I have requested it. Of course none of my emails are answered and when I phone I am assured that it will be done.

Sales is no better, we tried to get information on two properties for purchase and no one bothered to phone us back.

Agents are crooks. They did not convey my offer to the vendor. My offer was higher than what the other buyer had put in. They lied to me about the figure the other buyer had made, as I have since found out how much the property finally was sold for and it was considerably lower than my offer.... Read Full Review

Consequently the vendor was denied the best price for their property. I feel bad that I did not get the property I wanted and the vendor did not get the best price.
