This office is impossilble to deal with. They never answer emails and there is never any follow up when telephoning the staff. Money is still owed to us and have had to resort to extreme measures to recover money owed to us for a cancelled ...

Part of the fed was to do an open house but nothing happened. When we had one viewing, I showed the buyer around as they did not book an appointment (buyer showed up on my doorstep).
