I viewed the property (open house) on a Saturaday at 2:15pm. During that time, I have a verbal confirmation from the estate agent that no offer to the house has been place. At the end of the viewing, I have place a reasonable offer to the asking price. The estate agent requested my ID, passport, utility bill and email to sent to him via email to confirm a serious buyer blah blah blah standard stuff.
