Found it easy and fast to arrange a viewing for a property but as soon as they have your signature and money they no longer answer phone calls and emails from you. Asking nearly £1000 (£530 already paid) to rent a property. So many false information and promises and but once committed to the contract and moved in, the letting manager asking me if I have got everything in writing whatever the amateur agent said. Money sucking... Read Full Review

First asked £330 saying that's all the charge. Then asked for another £120 as they don't take a Refrence for self employed if it's less than 1 year. Then demanded another £200 to draw a contract. And after 1 and half month demanded another £450 to add another person in the contract which was already agreed with them. So nearly £1000 to rent a £650/month property, really? 😡😡

DO NOT rent your property with this company sequence take your money but do not provide the service that you pay for you cannot have peace of mind when you use this company you might as well save your money i had a complete service ie management the lot and the people that you deal with are not...
