From my initial telephone conversation with Ali, she gave me a good indication of what to expect and how quickly it may be possible to get a tenant into the property.
Being a novice about renting out a property, Ali Sweet was very clear and concise explaining literally anything two or three times over until I was sure I had understand any matters.
I was always able to get hold of Ali, being via telephone or email.
I would certainly be the first to recommend Fox & Sons at Minehead if anybody is reading this review and pondering as to which agent they should use to market their property.

I was just charged £120 for referencing and £210 for "Tenancy Agreement". (For a 1 bed flat for 1person). I was just charged £120 for referencing and £210 for "Tenancy Agreement". (For a 1 bed flat for 1person). When I baulked at the gouging, she said it was a really great document of 44 pages as though that was going to impress me. Estate agents are becoming millionaires by exploiting the poor and struggling, just needing to get a roof over their heads. The tyrannical, daylight robbery techniques of estate agents are a f***ing disgrace. Fox and sons are the same as all the rest, highwaymen and women pretending to give a service, but just punishing those who are at the bottom. I would encourage landlords to find a different way to let their properties, instead of putting money in the pockets of thieves. The UK government spends 25billion + per annum helping renters accommodate exorbitant rents encouraged by amoral, greedy Lettings agents. This is not a service, it is a tax on the honest and diligent. The technique is to sow distrust between Landlord and Tenant, making it appear that the interloper is valuable, taking money at the beginning, middle and end for doing nothing. It is a triangle marriage where the poorest guy in it pays for everything and we all pretend that it's fine. Estate agents are not caring people, they are salespeople and they perpetuate tyranny by showing up every day and doing it all for commission. Do something useful for humanity, instead of exploiting others just because it's not illegal yet.

I have used Fox & Sons to rent out a large house in Minehead for the last 15 years. I have always found them to be courteous and helpful, to find good tenants and vett them thoroughly, to provide regular inspection reports and to promptly take care of any problems with the tenants or with the... I have used Fox & Sons to rent out a large house in Minehead for the last 15 years. I have always found them to be courteous and helpful, to find good tenants and vett them thoroughly, to provide regular inspection reports and to promptly take care of any problems with the tenants or with the house. Most recently, they have found us some good tenants after the previous tenants left rather suddenly in January and enabled a rapid move-in. Lucy at Minehead was particularly helpful during all of this.
