So disappointed! Wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand however as we were trying to buy through them we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Firstly, I had rung the agent regarding another property, never had I encountered someone so apathetic despite having something to sell worth over 300k! Secondly we found a house and tried to make an offer, our phone calls weren't returned when waiting to see if the offer was accepted, the vendor told us he had the same problem and wished he hadn't used them. Then I arranged another viewing. I was rung 10 mins prior to agreed time and told I was late (even though I wasn't) and that the agent was waiting for me, I rushed round (took me less than 5 mins) to be told by vendor he'd gone already as he had another appointment. At no point did he contact me to tell me he'd left and to offer an explanation. Utterly disgusted and would never recommend them to anyone! Just hope we never have to use them again.
