If you are a landlord with just a single property DO NOT USE this agency. Their are far more better smaller and more professional agents nearby. Rent collection, don't do it. Collect yourself because they withhold fees from it. It's also 5%..for doing little and this just allows them free access to the rent paid to deduct fees when the contract renews. I did not feel at all in control, even though I was managing my flat.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
