I viewed a property in Worcester Park, Surrey being sold and marketed by Fine & Country, Cheam. The property was initially listed as 'Offers over ‚£775k'. There was an open viewing day booked for the 7th of May however I was told by Fine & Country that it be pushed back 2 weeks to the 27th of May, enough time to attract more buyers!
