Hi There. Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking to improve and make sure that customers always receive the best possibly service. We always make sure that everything is agreed in writing with a contract so that all parties are clear on what has been agreed. The person you dealt with initially has left the business so unfortunately I cannot investigate fully. Once again please accept my apology for lack of communication from Fine and Country, we have fully addressed this. ...
