I am sorry to read your comments regarding our services . I fully understand to why tenants are unhappy when inspections take place ,due to the feeling of invasion of privacy. However theses visits are in place for the Landlord under their fully managed agreement and all tenants are made aware in the terms of business prior to comment of the let .
