Totally agree Peter, I was looking for the option to rate as zero.
There are other agents in Thornton-Cleveleys and I will nit look at another property being sold by this firm. Think they would ask my inside leg measurement too and what I had to eat last night if they could. ...

Don’t let another week go by. Be proactive: if you can’t find the details of the party and their solicitor yourself, to establish the communication then go stand in the office and scream like a stick pig until the agents sort it. You’re whistling into the wind just phoning them in my experience.

Terribly high. Higher than prestigious Bath agents. £100 guarantor fee, double fees for two people (even if they are a couple). Online it says £700 applicant renewal fee which though clearly a mistake, the staff member thought was the actual amount you would pay after 6 months to renew your tenancy.
