You do realise we are in the middle of a pandemic?! Keeping distance to have a conversation is the law and for your own safety! As for the other comments, have some patience, most businesses have 9 weeks worth of work to catch up on and still not allowed to have all their staff working- again due to the safety measures brought by the pandemic. It’s a shame your house purchase is having to wait a little longer than expected but more important that you’re still alive surely? ...
