Don't understand the customer needs, they tell you what you want to hear to get that signature then its all down hill from there am afraid. Don't bother using this estate agents moving to stress full as it is with out them adding to it....

I absolutely agree. They took our money every month for letting our property and did nothing else. As a result I am now in trouble with a credit company and we have no idea what state the property is in as they never went to check it. When I called to complain they said all their letters must have got lost in the post and it was basically my fault. Rude and lazy people!!!! ...

Poor service, poor communication and basically called me a liar. 1 viewing in 6 months. Poor local advertising. Very substandard service, never again!!!! The quickest response was when I asked to be released from the contract....
