I have moved out of a property nearly 2 weeks ago and am really dissatisfied with the service I have received. I have contacted farrell heyworth every day to be told they will ring me back but nobody ever does. They easily took my money but are holding on to it now. Dear Caroline, I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from our lettings department. All of our managed properties are subject to an inventory check, by our staff, both before a tenants moves into a property and once the tenancy comes to an end. If, following these checks a managed property requires any repairs or maintenance we are contractually obliged to retain the clients deposit until the matter has been resolved. Very poor experience with estate agents. Completely different experience when dealing with other firms. They offered a valuation but almost immediately stressed the need to drop the price. It felt that they valued the property at \'x\' to get the business then to drop to get a quick sale.
