Dear Caroline, I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from our lettings department. All of our managed properties are subject to an inventory check, by our staff, both before a tenants moves into a property and once the tenancy comes to an end. If, following these checks a managed property requires any repairs or maintenance we are contractually obliged to retain the clients deposit until the matter has been resolved.
