The entire process was highly unprofessional. On the day of our viewing, the office was unreachable by phone or text, leaving us to find the apartment block and floor ourselves. The entire process was highly unprofessional. On the day of our viewing, the office was unreachable by phone or text, leaving us to find the apartment block and floor ourselves. Another gentleman was also waiting outside, unable to contact anyone. Eventually, a tenant informed us of a viewing on his floor, and we found the staff member inside the property without any apology or explanation.

The entire process was highly unprofessional. On the day of our viewing, the office was unreachable by phone or text, leaving us to find the apartment block and floor ourselves. Another gentleman was also waiting outside, unable to contact anyone. Eventually, a tenant informed us of a viewing on his floor, and we found the staff member inside the property without any apology or explanation.
Despite loving the apartment and expressing our intention to apply, the staff member, Oliver, promised to send the application immediately but failed to do so. We had to chase the office the next day, and Oliver again promised to send the form, which never arrived. An hour later, the property was marked as 'Let Agreed'.
Oliver could have informed us that an application was already being processed, saving us the drive, time and effort. Instead, he was dishonest, raising our hopes unnecessarily and constantky fed us lies. The entire experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. Do better.

My mums flat flooded due to a leaking pipe, it's been over 9 weeks and both Entwistle and the landlord have still not fixed the problem. Black mould has overtook the floors and walls in the bedroom causing my mum to have breathing difficulties, a very nasty cough, headaches and nose bleeds.... Read Full Review

My mums flat flooded due to a leaking pipe, it's been over 9 weeks and both Entwistle and the landlord have still not fixed the problem. Black mould has overtook the floors and walls in the bedroom causing my mum to have breathing difficulties, a very nasty cough, headaches and nose bleeds. Both Entwistle and the landlord have been made aware or the extent of this health and safety issue and both denied responsibility at first until I went through the contract to disprove their claims. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Lived in a property for over year . Had issues from the first month we moved in . Kept ringing the letting agent to get in contact with the landlord to fix some thing in the house and had no contact what so ever . Would not go for the estate agent as they don't help or keep in contact when something needs fixing the says they never heard from you

Nightmare. They let tenants in to my property without proper referencing (they didnt get an address at which they could be confirmed at so any supposed checks were negligible). Turned out the tenants were in thousands of debt before moving into my property, including having left their last place... Read Full Review

Nightmare.
They let tenants in to my property without proper referencing (they didnt get an address at which they could be confirmed at so any supposed checks were negligible). Turned out the tenants were in thousands of debt before moving into my property, including having left their last place owing thousands in rent, which they did once again to me and have vanished. Of course being in so much debt themselves they're not even worth going after.
If proper referencing had been done I wouldn't be in this position. These people also caused damage to my house.
Avoid Entwistle Green if you value your house and don't want to be scammed out of thousands...

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but none have been as helpful as the Widnes office of Entwistle Green, who I have now dealt with for a number of years and have bought and sold many property from them with ease.
I have always found the staff to be helpful and would recommend their services to anybody looking to buy or sell. Excellent communication throughout the process makes buying and selling with this agent particularly easy. You always know what is happening with the property!
