It was mine and my Partners first rented apartment. We had a letting agent called James who helped us with every decision we made.He made sure we had all the correct information and even when we had already moved out he helped with other details and enquirers we had! I put a reservation down on a property Westby Homes in April and building work has still not started. On 3/8/15 I rang to cancel and asked for my reservation fee back. I have rung several times in the last four weeks and the person called Michelle is supposed to ring me back but she never does.... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
