Entwistle Green found me a tenant for my property back in January 2016. It was a tenant find service only and therefore the deposit needed to go into my protection scheme as I was managing the tenancy going forward. In error they put it into their ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent fees would be fine had they provided a good service, I'm just frustrated that for 4 months I have not been able to receive the deposit which I want to protect foe my tenants
