Absolutely disgusting customer service. I rang to enquire about a rental property as I am moving into the area for work purposes. I was spoken to like a piece of dirt, as if by wanting to rent I was the scum of the earth. Many mortgages cost less than I am willing to pay to rent for the 12 months I am here, and even if I was paying less, I am still a customer and still a human being. I couldn't recommend E.Green - Blackburn more highly first class service. Staff polite, professional and listened to what we wanted. Moving really was stress free thanks guys. Love love our new place....

Stay well clear of entwistle green Blackburn,the manager Sophia is very rude,and did nothing on the property we went for from start to finish,didn't turn up on day to give us keys and didn't get a tenants agreement or deposit guarantee ,and still waiting for rent in advance and deposit back,I phone up and a Tom answers the phone and he says no one available ,and they are all out.spoke to a Sharon and she hung up on me,after saying it nothing to do with us,what are they there for.spoke to a Pamel...

The waiting time for repairs is absolutely shocking sometimes. The staff are always argumentative and never take blame for anything even though they are in the wrong....

The worst service providing company (never mind Lettings Agency) I have ever encountered. Their idea of service provision is as follows: 1. Promise to do a significant list of things as requested by the customer 2. Take your money. 3. Don't do any of the jobs requested 4. Ignore complaints until you bombard them with calls 5. Fulfilled their obligation to make the property good prior to tenancy. Taken responsibility for their many errors

I reluctantly terminated my agreement due to the appalling service and had to pay an extortionate ‚£360 re-marketing fee just for them to re-post a property on Rightmove.

As a landlord I\'ve had a lot of problems with this firm. They took over the small local firm I had used and trusted and promised to improve what was already a good service - so I stayed with them. Their communication is very poor - letters come from different p[laces and offices don\'t talk to each other so I can have someone in a central office sending stroppy letters ( no emails - too easy to reply to) about documentation which this office have not passed on. Only interested in getting someone in as soon as possible. There was no consideration about the reliability of the tenant or what we had specified we wanted. We ended up with a tenant who did not pay on time and caused significant damage to our home. We were supposed to be on a fully managed scheme but I felt I was having to manage everything myself. Communication was extremely poor - we weren\'t kept up to date with anything and they rarely returned calls when they said they would....

I had to move to Darwen from Plymouth because of work. As I had to do rental property via internet and phone I decided to use what I thought to be a reputable national company even though their administratio fee\'s were way above other local agents in order to receive a professional service - how wrong was I? What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have cleaned and repaired before our arrival and sorted out the dispute with the landlord regarding who pays for what afterwards. They could have not lied about the landlady being aware of us back in December and leading us to believe all was sorted when it clearly wasn\'t. They could replace the lock so we have access to the back for fire safety reasons at least, not to mention security considering how awful the previous tenant left the property. They could have the courtesy to return as promised daily phone calls. They could have far better customer service training. The attitude of some staff when talking to both myself on the phone and face to face with my elderly father who was messed about and treated terribly when trying to collect keys for us is appalling. There is no excuse for bad manners - ever!
