I have had similar experience to Heather. I am looking after a house for someone renting it out through ELR and their service is poor. Wrong keys supplied, no advice or support, poor administration. Definitely not recommended. ...

Appalling service - never answer the phone. Getting information from them is like getting blood from a stone. It should be easy to use an estate agent - these guys are I mpossible! How hard do they expect you to try to get in touch ...
