They have been managing my property for a few years. I was concerned initially at lack of agreed actions set out in full management arrangement that I pay. I wouldn't recommend this agency to no one in fact I would recommend people to avoid it. The relationship with the agency started amazing until we paid all agency fees and deposit in full. When we moved in there was no key for the electric meter and no gas card. My partner and I used Ellis and Co to sell our flat in Leyton. Unfortunately we had a difficult buyer but Ellis and Co were excellent at every stage of the process. Very rude, arrogant, ignorant if you tell about any problems. I will come back with more details very soon, luckily moving out soon.
