Imagine you lived under one of their properties and it caused a leak that completely damaged your ceiling to the point where it can fall at any time.
THEY DONT CARE THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU'RE IN NEED.
DONT USE THE SERVICES FROM KENTON EVER.

I found Ellis & Co to be very professional and extremely efficient, in dealing with the sale of my Father's house. I dealt with Carl initially, then mainly with Viren. I found Ellis & Co to be very professional and extremely efficient, in dealing with the sale of my Father's house. I dealt with Carl initially, then mainly with Viren. Both were charming friendly gentleman. Viren was very helpful with regard to all my questions as the sale progressed. He kept me informed of the progress of the sale through regular updates. My Dad was able to move in line with his wishes and the price achieved for his house allowed him to purchase a new property without any additional worries. Thank you.

I find Ellis & Co very unprofessional and untrustworthy when it comes to buying and selling property. We were assured that the propery will be sold to us and then had another buyer well known to them have their offer accepted. We also experienced and have evidence that they despite the code of practice discussed our offer with other buyers in detail which means confidentiality is at risk with this estate agent. Very poorly managed and run. My advise would be to stay away from this agent.

Then when queried with the agents its always someone elses fault. Repairs are not taken seriously, not reported in a prompt manner and not repaired in a reasonable time frame with some emergency/urgent repairs taking over a month to be completed.

When I contacted the branch manager to complain and aks for the complaints procedure, I was told that I couldnt!!!!
All in all I would not recommend Ellis and Co to anyone.
