Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to receive this 1-star review, particularly as the bank's decision was explained to you in July.
The Financial Service industry is heavily regulated and we are legally obliged to pass all relevant information to a mortgage lender. Several factors will be assessed in the lender's decision whether they wish to lend, but legally we cannot withhold information that may impact that decision.
