Started by Dan Reese, an east London local, in 2015, East&Co gives the good people of Walthamstow a completely different experience when it comes to selling or letting their property.
We’re known for our honest and realistic pricing, straight-talking, and friendly approach. And as we're all locals,
we know Walthamstow like the back of our hands. Yes, we can tell you where to find the best coffee, macaroons and sourdough in the area. But we also love the local boozer, the pie and mash shop, and the fruit and veg stalls in the market too.
Dan cut his teeth in property development (the family business) before moving into property letting and sales in his twenties. But fed up with a certain type of estate agent with a shiny suit, waxed hair and a bad attitude, he set up East&Co.
We’re also Walthamstow’s first environmentally friendly estate agent (probably). You’ll see us buzzing around The Stow in our electric car. Or pedalling between appointments on our bicycle. And all our office materials are recycled. Apart from the teabags.
