We rented through Earnshaw Kay Huddersfield for 4.5 years and they were superb. We had the odd issue with the flat (fridge freezer breaking/washing machine packing in) and they always resolved immediately. Great contact and happy staff....

Literally worst company for lettings that i worked with ( i worked with 3 different) . I seen the apartment and liked it , explained them that i am in my placement year and i come back this year in the university to be a student again. They told me that i have to pay 3 month in advance or having a guarantor which is a home owner. I had the guarantor , i passed the details to them after i paid the holding deposit. They rejected my guarantor for a new rule never specified ( minimum 2350 pounds / y ...
