What agent could do to change your mind?
Not putting pressure on us about where we were taking out our mortgage and conveying services from. With the property we have now purchased, we were not asked for this information until after the offer was accepted. Would have preferred to just show an 'agreement in principle' if they had wanted to check we could afford the properties that they lined up viewings for.

I noticed they do this too! They have put up again on their website, rightmove and zoopla a property that the agent told me had sold. When I called to ask about this I was told it must be an error but it is still on there! ...
