Appalling service and they're very rude. We struggled for years with the bad attitude and moaning of everything. Checkout was a complete nightmare as they were asking us to pay for the most unbelievable things. Stay away from this agent!!!!...

They charge for everything. Bear in mind that if you rent with them they will charge you in the future a lot for references. Also, in your checkout they will charge you for a handy man to change the bulbs (quite a lot of money!)

£300 + £45pp reference check. I think the law is changing soon to stop these... if only it was retrospective.
