Mrs A Eroglu; Dockside are certainly not in favour of the tenant, for refusing to leave when you requested your property back. Nor were Dockside aware that the tenant was not going to pay her final month’s rent. She had been a good tenant for approximately 4 years up until you requested the property back, then she sought legal advice from the council who advised her not to vacate on the notice alone, and that we will have to take legal action to recover the property. After investigating this comment, it has come to my attention that we do not have a client with that name, or a managed property in the ME5 location. Unless the tenancy was a managed or rent collect property, there would be no chasing required as the Landlord and tenant deal with each other direct.
