Daniel was helpful over the phone and email and quick to get tenants into the flat and get all the admin sorted. Upon meeting him, very polite and happy to help. The tenants, however, moved in mid renovation and there were some communication issues between me, the agent and the tenants. Daniel did help with whatever I asked as best he could....

I've been letting and managing my property through Dexters for nearly 10 years and I'm very happy with the service I've received to date. I have had my flat in Chiswick with Dexters for over 3 years now first with Lauren as my property manager and now with Daisy looking after the property. Prior to moving to them I had 2 nightmare years with Foxtons at Chiswick. Unable to resolve anything and out of pocket thousands of pounds I upped and moved to Dexters. Have used Dexters to fulfil the task of finding tenants on two occasions. On both occasions they have successfully found great tenants, first of which extended their contract on 2 occasions and the second signed for a long tenancy. Would recommend their services to anyone looking to find tenants for their property....

What a pathetic bunch of people. They would set you up with any landlord as long as they make their share and then leave you with him. They won't care to respond to your queries if you had issues with the landlord or with the property. All they would do is move you around to different team members and nobody will give you a reasonable answer....

Awful service. Blaise was extremely rude and argumentative. I felt she just bullied me into agreeing with the tenancy. When I complained to management, they didn't address it. Their rental management service is terrible. They get the wrong contractors for the job, use expensive contractors, miscommunicate often, don't have any follow up. I constantly have to follow up on them to make sure things get done. They don't give you proper advice either....

Dexters happily took the deposit for the offer which we put on a house to let, made us fill in many after many of forms and then after all this effort we were then told that we did not have the house due to the landlord not checking his mortgage company. His mortgage contract states in the contract 'no sharers'. Then after asking the refund of the deposit we were told initially 4 days however the deposit took a total of 1 week 2 days to transfer into the account. It was an absolute joke and due...

Fees were very large the holding deposit was ‚£700 and every other lettings agency holding deposit was around ‚£450 + lower.

I am a landlady of 20 years experience and Dexters are without doubt the worst estate agent I have dealt with. The other negative reviews on this site reflect my dealings with Dexters. Firstly, they took a holding deposit from the tenants yet continued to show my property to other prospective tenants without my knowledge. Where to begin. First dealt with Ealing Broadway branch and got terrible customer service from one of the part-timers on a Saturday. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, throwing insults at me and calling me rude. After writing to their customer service email, I got a call from the manager of that branch who apologised and said that they\'ll waive 2 sets of admin fees. Sounds pretty good, right? Everything about our dealings with Dexters has been appalling. We are glad to be leaving.
