Just Don't! Unfortunately the worst decision in my adult life was to go through Dexter's. Useless/ Unhelpful/ disappointing/ Poorly assisted throughout. Have since recommended landlords/ ladies not to use. Awful representation of the profession. Cant say many worse things whilst holding my tongue. Just don't do it...

lovely when looking around and then terrible! Aggressive, incompetent, untruthful and generally incredibly unpleasant. I would NEVER use them again and would advise all of my friends against it. They are so aggressive i can't even go into details. Horribly upsetting to deal with....

I found this company to have the wrost internal communcations I have ever had! I arranged to view one flat with one agent. Then got spammed by two others about possible other properties that were the same listings. I then cancelled the viewing with the first agent as I could no longer make it. On the day of viewing I was contacted by a second agent to let me know that a third was running late to the meeting that I had cancelled. This was without a doubt the WORST agency I have ever dealt with, and in my time in London, I have dealt with at least 4/5 others. They are horribly and inexcusably impolite, unprofessional, and immoral. They make all kinds of promises to try and get you to rent a property then turn everything around once you\'ve paid the deposit. I have rented property through Dexters over the last 2 years and have found the servcie to be excellent. Rob at the Clapham offcie is a criedit to the comany and I would reccomend his servcies to anyone looking to let out or rent a property. The whole tream provide a 5* servcie and this includes the property managment department who are always prompt to deal with any issues. A great comapny to deal with and will always use them in the future. Thanks Dexters and keep up the good work....

The most unethical estate agents I have come across, and that is saying something for a profession with an already tarnished reputation. On the first day they came to value the property I was renting and moved my personal property around without any permission. As if this wasn\'t inappropriate enough they conducted viewings the following day without any prior notice. I would advise anyone to stay away from this suit-and-tie company and keep looking elsewhere, even if the property is tempting. They are the less transparent agent I had to deal with so far (along with suit-and-tie Keaton\'s probably) I am very thankful to allgents site for finding out beforehand what I could expect from Dexter\'s. We were lucky to check the reviews on this site the day before we gave them an offer for a property in south London, so at least we were ready for what was going ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have shown us the property properly, show a genuine interest in us as customers, not asking for credit card details and be far more flexible with the conditions.
