£I would like to say thank you to Lisa Henderson, your property manager at Swan House. She has helped resolved an issue with our property that we rent in Surbiton, which has been reported for over 4 and a half years. She was able to identify a leak behind the shower tiles which was causing severe water damage to the bathroom, as well as the kitchen next door. We rented our flat for two years with Dexters, who are the Lettings agents for Thamesview. We were told that the property was unfurnished, but when we moved in we found there were several large items, drawers, corner units, even old chipboard side tables etc, that had been left by the landlady. As we didn't want to be left with the landladies old furniture, we asked for written permission from Dexters that we could remove the furniture, and also had it written into the contract. We were very impressed with the service from Dexters whilst searching for a property. We originally registered with the Surbiton branch and within hours a number of other branches were in contact with me to see if we\'d consider other locations, which we were interested with. I have no idea why this company is still allowed to lie, upset and mess around with so many people. I wish I had seen the reviews before we decided to use their services. Dexter Estate Agency is the most unethical and frustrating company I have ever seen. They not only brake the law, but also lie to people in their faces. Just had a very unhelpful telephone conversation with a female staff, who curtly informed me that the property I inquired via email (no reply to the email) has been sold. No explanation as to why the property is still on the market and she did not ask if she could have my information for future recommendation. Im in my last 2 months and i agreed they can book viewings in the flat. They are harrassing me everyday several times when they want to book a viewing even when i already agreed to another agent but it seems communcation fails hard over there.
