Any fees are bad when the service is so terrible. I appreciate they work for the landlord and not us as tenants but at the same time they have a duty to manage the property effectively.

We viewed an apartment with their agent, who was fine. We gave an offer, and tried to managed a proper contract, but they didn't helped at all. They wanted sign a contract for 3 years without any break clause, in the middle of London for a pretty expensive flat. We wrote/called back and forth for around a week, when they let us know the property is rented out. On that very day I found it on Rightmove, they rose the price and started to advertise it with a new description. So they didn't tell us ...
