In my opinion whether you be buying renting or selling you should never be tempted to use this office in any shape or form . From start to finish the whole process was an absolute shambles. I have used this company for many years and they have always been highly professional and warm with support. There is no job too small or too big for them to do. They worked 24/7 to find a suitable tenant for me - and their rigourus criteria meant that they found the BEST tenant for me. For Dexters in Isleworth (especially the lettings manager) I can't fault them!...

I've been renting my flat for just over a year and met Anna Biro, recently, when she was conducting an inspection of the property. It just so happened that I experienced two issues that required prompt and immediate assistance and Anna provided invaluable support in resolving these issues. I have been ill and dealing with these issues could have been a long unpleasant experience, but Anna was very obliging and kind in the way that she addressed these issues. I am very grateful....

Very unprofessional! I have come across many estate agents and without doubt they are the worst. They may be a big firm but their growth based on lies and and manipulation. They adopt tactics to get as much money out of you as a tenant, seller or buyer. I'm sure they have good people but if the manager at the Isleworth branch is representative of the companies snr team then I feel sorry for the staff who work there. I asked Dexters to value my house for a sale market, met with the agent and had a positive feeling about him even though he overpriced my property by approx 40-50k. When asked if he was sure about his valuation he said that ideally the property should be advertised about £30k below from his valuation :-).... I wish I had read the bad comments before on this site, they are 100% accurate. Dexters are ruining the market in Isleworth, continuously over valuing properties, not selling any properties, then asking sellers to bring down prices once they have contractually got the names of the potential buyers on their list of people. Please be careful when renting from this agent for Sloane Court Isleworth, they are just a middle agent and you will end up signing with IRD Homes which live at the same post code and manage the flats; ask before who the contract will be signed with, and if it's IRD Homes avoid; read all reviews on the internet for this agent, service is appalling, they are beyond any description. Most agents around Isleworth are well aware of their reputation and refuse to do business with - not sure if Dexters...

AVOID AT YOUR PERIL!!! What an incompetent bunch of people! They tell you one thing and the contract you sign is completely different. Customer service is non existent. Promise things and never deliver. They get random people through your door who aren't even remotely interested in your property. Total waste of time. The value your property high to get your business and then a few weeks later they discuss to lower it to be in line with other agencies...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just unfortunate that a landlord needs an agency at all really. None of the agents have been particularly straight forward but Dexters have the been the worst by far and massive time wasters. Close doors after viewings please.

Dexters in Isleworth are cowboys - all Landords should stay well clear of this dishonest agent. I regret the day I let them manage my property as Dexters are incapable of managing a piss up in a brewery. Never give your property to let with Dexters in Isleworth! They took the keys to my property & moved in tenants without authorisation. I specifically advised the agent Luke Szachnowski, via e mail & a phone call, that the tenants should not be moved unless the corrct procedure is followed. This request was ignored & I felt that I was being bullied by this agent so I wanted to pull out and give my property to Chase Buchanan. This agent moved the tenants into my property anyway!
