Unfortunately, as I now have gone with another agency, I no longer need to spend time going through such issues by phone with Square Mile. It is the unfortunate characteristic of your type of business. It is the agents at the front that give the picture of your business. It would have been helpful if they had been able to deal with emergency repairs, cleaning and deposits in a TIMELY and professional manner, but this was sadly extremely lacking.

What agent could do to change your mind?
After two year experience really nothing the agent can do to change my mind. Dont go for Square Mile. They are apathetic paperwork creaters who complete disregard to your comfort. They want to create papers, invoices, meetings rather than actually fixing the issue. You can send them as many emails, photos, issues etc, they have only one objective - Billing. How to create maximum revenue from tenant and landlord. Billing is their only objective.

They could've been more informative up front to avoid the issue in the first place and now the issue has happened they could try to find some kind of resolution that would not hit my poscket when it was their lack of information.
