They do not seem to have a structure when it comes to fees. Do not assume that just because you've signed a paper or given your card details, that any fees or deposites will be taken. They don't. Not to be trusted.

I have to agree with you here. I'm trying Dexters for the second time (although I'm not holding out high hopes, and I have several back up plans in case things should hit the fan) and Tom Mclarnon was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with when letting the property I am moving out of now.
