Accepted my offer by phone while leaning on me to use their broker. Came back the next day telling me I misunderstood and actually the offer was only accepted by the seller on condition I used their broker. So the *seller* was insisting I used *Dexters* broker otherwise they would look for another... Read Full Review

Accepted my offer by phone while leaning on me to use their broker. Came back the next day telling me I misunderstood and actually the offer was only accepted by the seller on condition I used their broker. So the *seller* was insisting I used *Dexters* broker otherwise they would look for another offer?! I stuck with my broker and was told days later that the seller was going with another offer purely because I I wouldn’t use Dexters broker. Ridiculous.
