Awful letting agent with very arrogant staff. Don't get complacent with experiences from your previous agents, these will take you for every penny on leaving, make sure you send in your own inventory photos if you do have the misfortune of having to use them, ...

We are currently renting and we wholeheartedly agree with this. There was a spelling error on our postcode of the address prior to moving into the property which we raised and were told that this would not affect the legality of the contract (which is not the point on a legally binding document) but that they would change it. Of course, they have never changed it. Particularly loved being told about a legality of a contract considering I have both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Law! ...

The lettings manager needs to attend a course on Customer service as how she talks to customers is disgusting. Patronising and unprofessional. Doesnt return calls or emails. The worst customer service I have ever received....
